Coach Vagell is a sought after trainer by many individuals and schools to prep them for the next level of competition. Many of his former students go on to achieve college success at Division I soccer programs around the country. Additionally, many of his college players continue their training with Coach Vagell while in attendance at college which is a tribute to his training methods and loyalty of his former students.

Coach Vagell dedicates himself to the advancement of individual skills of his students through personalized training and attention to each player's unique traits and capabilities. Many players have been able to increase their skill level beyond their own expectations as well as surprised their club or high school coaches with their newfound competencies.
